Job Summary
Post-Acute Sales Representative responsible for selling clinical and operational solutions to post-acute care markets (long-term care facilities, home health, hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers) across Fort Myers and surrounding areas. Build and deepen relationships with owners, senior clinical officers, and purchasing managers; develop knowledge of Medline’s product catalog (including incontinence, skin care, DME, wound care, gloves) and value-added programs; conduct cold calls, present new products, educate customers on industry trends and regulations, and prepare bids/ negotiate contracts; manage territory growth like a business and achieve sales growth and quota attainment. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a track record of quota-based sales success, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to collaborate across multiple levels, and willingness to travel to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of quota-based sales experience OR 5+ years of quota-based sales experience
- experience with cold calling and full-cycle sales
- ability to sell across multiple levels within a customer organization
- proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business
- ability to travel 90% of the day to interact with healthcare providers on site
