Job Summary
Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements while establishing and maintaining positive business relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule by coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments. This role requires at least one year of experience as a Sales & Application Specialist in the medical devices field, proficiency in Arabic, English, and Kurdish, and a personal car. Based in Sulaymaniyah, the team leader manages the Area team.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1-year Proven work experience as a Sales & Application Specialist in the medical devices field
- Proficiency in Arabic, English and Kurdish
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in medical Devices, Biomedical Engineering or any related field
- have a personal car
