Job Summary
Evaluate risks, develop solutions, and articulate the impact of options for client teams while leveraging prepared analytics to make recommendations. Coordinate the RFP process across multiple project teams and serve as the key contact for day-to-day client needs and standard inquiries. Capture feedback from internal and external partners to create resolutions that translate into overall process enhancements. Manage and record all activities in the workflow system to ensure timely follow-up by the client, carriers, and delivery of the final work product. This role requires a minimum of five years of client services experience in insurance or consulting within health and benefits, along with proficiency in the Medical Request for Proposal process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of client services experience in insurance or consulting in health & benefits
- Working knowledge of the Medical Request for Proposal process
- Excellent project management experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Active Health Producers license or be willing and able to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of three days per week in the office
- Must be based in Denver, Chicago, Houston & Portland
