Job Summary
Provide front-line patient care and risk-matched emergency response at events ranging from marathons to film sets. Circulate among participants to act as an extension of client eyes and ears, maintaining a welcoming yet alert presence while applying proper procedures and protocols. Build team collaboration and foster effective communication to support pre-hospital care needs across major Ontario markets. Requires EMR or AEMCA certification, availability for Wednesday to Saturday evenings, and a transportation plan to reach event sites.
Required Qualifications
- A certification - EMR or AEMCA
- Must be available Wednesday to Saturday evenings
- A customer service-oriented mindset (welcoming, informative, helpful, respectful)
- A willingness to engage and apply proper procedures, guidelines and protocols
- A confident demeanour, whether working independently, with a partner, or as part of a larger team, for our major planned events
- A transportation plan (car, carpooling, rideshare) to get to/from the event site to which you are assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable working around horses
