Job Summary
Medical Representative in Surabaya responsible for multi-channel selling and territory development. Uses PFSS and multi-channel selling platforms to inform prescribing behaviours, analyzes territory performance using multiple data sources, builds territory insights, selects and prioritizes customer targets, and develops robust territory coverage call plans aligned to ASMART objectives and business goals. Engages with customers through multi-channel strategies and leverages knowledge of GSK and competitor brands to support strategic customer conversations; collaborates with team members to drive performance and ensure safety and quality in patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in life sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Good communication and selling skills
- Scientific knowledge and patient focused
- Strong interpersonal skill, proactive and teamwork
