Job Summary
Medical Representative - Nutrition in Vietnam (Bien Hoa) drives long-term growth for Abbott Nutrition products by increasing awareness of nutrition's role among health care professionals, growing new and existing business across assigned accounts, and delivering evidence-based product detailing. The role involves one-on-one consultations with healthcare professionals to highlight clinical nutrition benefits, building and strengthening HCP relationships to boost brand visibility, gathering market insights to inform targeted account plans, addressing HCP needs with tailored messaging to gain recommendations, collaborating with patient groups and stakeholders for educational initiatives, and tracking performance against KPIs. Key skills include effective communication and presentation, relationship-building, consultative selling, market insights gathering, and capabilities in developing and executing account plans to achieve targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
- Fresh are welcome or at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
