Job Summary
Drive long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in the Can Tho territory by increasing awareness among healthcare professionals and gaining new business through one-on-one consultations. Build relationships with HCPs to boost brand visibility, deliver scientific product detailing, and address objections with tailored messaging. Gather market insights on competitor activity and unmet needs to develop targeted account plans that drive growth. Track and report account performance against KPIs to ensure targets are met. Collaborate with patient groups and stakeholders to support educational initiatives. This role supports Abbott's global mission to improve health through science-based nutrition products like Similac and Ensure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
- at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
