Job Summary
Call specialist physicians and retail pharmacies to support on-label prescribing for approved indications, leveraging deep knowledge of product efficacy and safety profiles. Engage in dialogue with primary care healthcare professionals to drive sales performance and ensure territory forecasts meet expectations. Develop and maintain in-depth market and demographic intelligence relative to the assigned sales territory while building long-term relationships with key customers. Complete all training requirements, including product examinations, and strictly comply with regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution. Report to the Area Manager/First Line Sales Manager to execute a local strategy and business plan designed to exceed sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative
- Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships
- Effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills
- Drive to be a self-starter, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
- Current domicile similar with the vacancy
- Good English language capabilities
Desired Qualifications
