Job Summary
Promote and sell the company's portfolio of aesthetic products, including dermal fillers and neurotoxin, to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and clinic staff across Jeddah. Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders while conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop a strategic territory business plan, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, submit performance reports, and ensure all activities comply with SFDA regulations. Fluently communicate clinical benefits in English and Arabic, leveraging an established local network to drive consistent product visibility and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Currently based in Jeddah
- Must possess a valid KSA driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
- For non-Saudi nationals, a transferable Iqama
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a demonstrable track record of success
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Desired Qualifications
- An established network of contacts with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics in Jeddah
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in aesthetic sales specifically within the Jeddah market
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic injectable (dermal fillers, botulinum toxins) and/or energy-based devices
- Possession of a valid SFDA card/certification for medical representatives
