Job Summary
Identify and target healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals within your assigned territory to establish partnerships and drive revenue growth. Conduct presentations, ABA therapy demonstrations, and educational sessions to promote services, while collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to raise awareness, and help providers coordinate care and navigate financial or insurance guidance. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, and gather feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Maintain accurate records in CRM software, prepare sales forecasts and reports for management, and manage expenses within the allocated budget.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key providers and coordinate care
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
