Medical Representative

Medical Representative responsible for delivering pharmaceutical product promotion plans, providing customer service to medical staff, and communicating product information. Responsibilities include assisting medical personnel in appropriate product use, collecting and relaying hospital feedback, organizing and attending local academic meetings and seminars, conducting academic promotions within legal/compliant guidelines (face-to-face with medical staff, virtual meetings, and other approved formats), executing promotional plans within budget, maintaining company-market communication and professional brand image, supporting bidding, pricing and payer-related activities, implementing promotion strategies per company policy, building and maintaining business networks and client relationships, and gathering promotional information as directed by the supervisor. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy or related field, five+ years of pharma promotion experience, basic English communication skills, commercial sensitivity with a results-driven mindset, and strong communication, coordination and interpersonal abilities.
