Job Summary
Medical Representative role focusing on diabetology in Upper Cavite/Manila area. Responsibilities include selling specialized pharmaceutical products, promoting clinical efficacy, targeting healthcare professionals and physicians, maintaining CRM records, achieving sales targets within a defined territory, conducting pre-call planning, and coordinating training and events. Requires pharma sales experience (diabetology preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to develop physician profiling and customer relationships while adhering to industry codes and reporting obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience typically relevant pharma sales experience
- Experience in diabetology is highly desirable
- Proven experience as medical sales representative or other sales/customer service role in Diabetology products
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacist
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- BSc/BA will be a plus
- Possess own vehicle and driving license will be an advantage
