Job Summary
Medical Representative-2 is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territories, achieving sales targets, planning and executing HCP engagements using patient-focused interactions, organizing scientific updates, reporting activities via Veeva CRM, and collaborating with Sales/Marketing while adhering to local regulations and company policies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of pharma sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, IT literacy, fluency in the local language, field readiness, and a customer-centric, results-driven mindset. The position is based in multiple NCR/local markets in the Philippines and involves field-based customer engagement, clinical knowledge development, and brand strategy execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Any advanced qualification is a plus).
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated performance track record
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills
- IT literacy (basic knowledge and skills to utilize computers/tablets and related technology efficiently)
- Excellent command (both oral and written) of local native language
- Energetic, Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized & willing to work extensively in field
