Job Summary

Oversee nursing services each shift as a supervisor, providing daily staff supervision during operational hours. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, administer medications, and implement anemia management protocols. Respond to all clinic emergencies, communicate patient assessment results to the physician and team, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning. Act as a preceptor for new staff and assist in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating center personnel. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws while ensuring policies and procedures are updated. This role supports the Medical Director and physicians within the U.S. Renal Care dialysis center.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
  • 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must have basic computer skills; proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
  • Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
