Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for care of assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. RN position in Rehab at Mercy Hospital South; Full-Time schedule (36 hours/week, Days) with sign-on bonuses for experienced and new graduate nurses; education and loan-support programs available; licensure required in Missouri (or compact).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or compact licensure
- Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on unit
- Prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
