Key duties include follow-ups on active referrals, triaging requests, organizing on-site actions for referrals, and conducting retrospective reviews to maximize donation opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong emphasis on medical terminology, EMR navigation, customer service, and clear, concise communication.
Required Qualifications
