Job Summary
Medical Reductions Specialist to manage medical lien reductions, negotiate with providers to secure reductions, track distributions to the firm, maintain thorough records, and provide timely client updates. Responsibilities include preparing reduction requests, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, negotiating reductions, monitoring progress, confirming receipts and processing, maintaining meticulous documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with legal, billing, and client services teams. Qualifications emphasize fluency in English, healthcare billing or negotiations experience, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and case management systems. Remote-friendly role with opportunities to work from locations in PK, IN, and PH.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
- Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare negotiations, or client services preferred.
- Previous experience in working with a US firm is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
