Job Summary
Conduct administrative and operational support for the Brigade Surgeon and medical section by drafting correspondence, maintaining medical readiness reports, and managing organized filing systems per HIPAA requirements. Track taskers, suspense items, and brigade-level medical actions while coordinating Soldier Readiness Processing, Periodic Health Assessments, and immunization events with subordinate battalions. Validate data from MEDPROS and eProfile to maintain accurate medical readiness statistics and monitor profiles for timely resolution of line-of-duty investigations. Serve as a liaison between brigade headquarters, subordinate units, and the Office of the State Surgeon to coordinate readiness updates and reporting deadlines. Assist with administrative preparation for medical events, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with Army medical policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in EMR platforms
- Clear background check
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities
