Job Summary
Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record by providing clerical support and processing signed and unsigned orders, 485's, and other key documents. Save all documents to the patient medical record. Maintain a valid state driver license and dependable transportation in good working condition, with automobile liability insurance as required by law. Safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions. Full-time employment with competitive benefits including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Six months experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred.
