Job Summary
Medical Records Clerk responsible for collecting patient information, issuing and filing medical records, processing patient admissions and discharge papers, assisting in audits, distributing charts, maintaining confidentiality, and handling clerical tasks including phones and emails. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, familiarity with medical terminology, MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication and attention to detail in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
