Onsite Medical Records Processing Specialist responsible for handling ROI requests with 100% accuracy, managing front desk for patient requests, and ensuring timely processing (STATs within 1 hour; 24-hour turnaround for other ROI requests). Maintains confidentiality and security of PHI per established ROI procedures, performs quality checks on releases and invoicing, and supports patient services with professional, courteous interaction. Requires fast learning, dependability, teamwork, a positive attitude, and adherence to client privacy standards; position is entry-level and onsite at Dallas, TX locations with a floater assignment.
