Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents in a 176-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Administer medications and injections, collect information from new residents, monitor residents’ intake/output, help with daily living activities and personal hygiene, monitor nutrition, and supervise CNAs as needed. Maintain resident health records and ensure quality of life and dignity for residents. LPN license is required.
