Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct nursing care at Fulton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a 176-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include administering medications and injections, collecting health information from new Residents, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed, assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene, monitoring intake/output, and ensuring Resident dignity and independence. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
