Job Summary
Medical Records Director responsible for leading a medical records team to ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records, developing policies and procedures for records management, collaborating with nursing staff and physicians for complete documentation, conducting quality control audits for regulatory compliance, and maintaining medical records databases and reports. Requires 2 years in a Medical Records Director role (or equivalent), strong leadership and management abilities, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and familiarity with medical records software/EHR systems. Full-time position with a competitive $25-$30 hourly salary in Vestal, NY.
Required Qualifications
