Job Summary
Audit, analyze, and train staff, vendors, and stakeholders on electronic medical record (EMR) utilization to ensure complete and accurate medical records. Collaborate with physicians, office staff, nursing management, and leadership to maintain compliance with company, Federal, and State guidelines while creating a comforting atmosphere for residents. Requires one year in nursing management and two years in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing settings. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry
- Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
