Maintain HIPAA-compliant records with precision by identifying gaps in treatment, verifying timelines, and preparing litigation-ready files. Overcome obstacles, prioritize urgent requests, and keep cases moving forward by communicating clearly with healthcare providers and internal teams using ChartSwap, DataVant, and Google Workspace. Cover Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time business hours in this remote role within Steno's litigation technology team, which partners with law firms to simplify complex workflows and deliver reliable case insights.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical records, personal injury, or legal support
- Familiarity with HIPAA
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Familiarity with litigation procedures
