Medical Receptionist

Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them through the registration process. Activate patient files, check in and discharge patients, and assist clinical staff. Manage phone operations, file documents, fax, scan, and complete daily patient callbacks. Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, and post balances. Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to health and safety procedures. This role supports the nine-location Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care network, which provides walk-in treatments seven days a week.
