Job Summary
Welcome patients, manage check-in and check-out procedures, verify insurance coverage, and handle phone inquiries while maintaining patient records. Audit appointment schedules, confirm attendance, collect intake information, and fill open slots by contacting waiting lists. Provide product education and sell skincare items available for purchase. This role requires significant multitasking and may include additional duties assigned by the Practice Manager. Travel is required between East Bay Clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to travel between East Bay Clinics
- Customer service skills or a patient-centered mindset
- Previous Dermatology, healthcare, or aesthetics experience
- Knowledgeable with insurance carriers (i.e., Medicare, commercial, HMO)
- EClinicalWorks, EMA, or other EMR software
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify)
- Must receive the COVID-19 primary series vaccination

- Helpful but not required skills to have: Previous Dermatology, healthcare, or aesthetics experience
