Job Summary
Front Office Specialist responsible for delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. Acts as the first point of contact, manages patient check-in/check-out, handles phone inquiries, verifies insurance authorizations, processes payments, reconciles cash drawer, and ensures HIPAA compliance. Requires professional demeanor, strong customer service, ability to manage patient flow, familiarity with office software, and ability to work across multiple locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent education/experience
- Favorable background check as required by state
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
