Job Summary
On-call Medical Receptionist at Sea Mar’s Aberdeen Medical Clinic with possible travel to Elma Medical Clinic. Responsibilities include processing patient information, scheduling medical appointments, and contacting patients by phone; taking messages and supporting front-office operations. Must communicate efficiently, maintain professionalism, multi-task, and use basic office software. Requires minimum one-year experience in a medical setting and a high school diploma or GED. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Travel to Elma Medical Clinic occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required
- Medical terminology preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
