Medical Receptionist - Roseville

Answer and direct multiple telephone lines, greet patients, and complete check-in processes while accurately entering insurance and checking eligibility. Scan and upload forms into the EHR, update patient demographics, generate new charts, and document all patient interactions. Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments, manage the wait list, and coordinate visits efficiently. Collect copays and payments due at the time of service, maintain the reception area, and manage internal communications from providers and staff. Float between Brooklyn Center, Richfield, and Roseville sites as needed. Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality while providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
