Job Summary
Greet patients, offer beverages, and manage check-in/check-out processes to ensure appointment statuses reflect the schedule. Conduct confirmation calls, pull and organize patient charts, and prepare new files while maintaining the front office inventory. Process payments, print daily close-out reports, and handle cash and check deposits. Keep the lobby clean, manage the schedule book, and introduce visitors to appropriate staff. Use MS Office to write reports and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must be familiar with MS Office, including Excel
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to problem solve
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be available for no work on holidays
- Must be available for no night shifts
