Job Summary
Medical Receptionist - Patient Experience Specialist responsible for front desk operations, greeting patients, patient check-in/out, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining the schedule, organizing patient charts, handling billing tasks (payments, deposits), and managing front desk/office supplies in a cosmetic aesthetics practice. Requires proficiency in MS Office (Excel), ability to communicate effectively to groups, basic arithmetic for billing and deposits, and organizational skills to maintain charts and files; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for periods. Full-time with benefits; no holiday or night shifts noted.
