Job Summary
Medical Receptionist handling front desk duties and patient experience responsibilities in a cosmetic-surgery setting. Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in/out, scheduling and managing appointments, confirming appointments, organizing patient charts, maintaining front office and lobby areas, handling billing processes and deposits, and basic inventory of front office supplies. Requires MS Office proficiency (including Excel), ability to present and communicate with customers, basic arithmetic, and strong organizational skills. No night shifts or holidays; emphasizes work-life balance and a supportive team environment. Compensation range is $15–$18.90 per hour, with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
