Job Summary
Medical Receptionist responsible for front-desk operations and patient experience: greeting patients, check-in/check-out, scheduling, confirming appointments, maintaining charts and files, handling billing/documents, and ensuring lobby area is organized. Requires proficiency with MS Office (Excel), strong written and verbal communication, ability to perform basic arithmetic, and ability to present information to groups; expects capacity to manage payments, deposits, and daily scheduling reports. Full-time position based in Cincinnati, OH with standard work-life balance (no holidays or night shifts) and benefits package.
