Job Summary
Schedule patient appointments, assist incoming patients, verify insurance coverage, and enter patient demographics into the computer. Pull and file medical charts, and assist the office manager and physicians as needed. Maintain the face of the practice for patients seeking ENT, allergy, and audiology care. Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating hours including Saturday coverage. Epic experience and medical insurance knowledge are plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in the medical field
- Knowledge of medical insurance
- Bilingual Spanish
- Required schedule Monday: 10:00am-6:30pm (rotating) or 8:30am-5:00pm (other weeks)
- Required schedule Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Required schedule Wednesday: 7:30am-4:30pm
- Required schedule Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Required schedule Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Required schedule Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
