Job Summary
Schedule patient appointments, assist incoming patients, verify insurance coverage, and enter patient demographics into the computer. Pull and file medical charts while assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Serve as the face of the practice for patients seeking ENT, allergy, and audiology care. Work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings and occasional Saturdays. Epic experience and medical insurance knowledge are assets. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in the medical field
- Knowledge of medical insurance
- Bilingual Spanish
- Required schedule Monday: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Required schedule Tuesday: 11:00am-7:30pm
- Required schedule Wednesday: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Required schedule Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Required schedule Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
- Required schedule Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
