Job Summary
Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner while greeting patients upon arrival and scheduling appointments for patients and referrers. Enter and update patient registration details, issue invoices and receipts, and process Medicare rebates as required. Maintain a clean and presentable reception and waiting area at all times. This full-time role involves flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required. Candidates must hold a driver's license and a car. Required Qualifications
- Drivers license and a car
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background
- Exposure to Medicare services
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
