Medical Receptionist

Welcome patients, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and verify insurance eligibility. Handle phone inquiries, maintain patient records, and audit appointment schedules by confirming attendance and collecting intake details. Fill open slots by contacting waiting lists for providers with available time. Provide product education and sell skincare items. This role requires significant multitasking and may include additional duties assigned by the Practice Manager. You will support a physician-led group expanding across California with over 37 locations, specializing in dermatology, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic skincare.
