Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist for Golden State Dermatology, a growing dermatology group in California. You will manage front-desk operations, warmly greet patients, assist with check-in/check-out, verify insurance coverage, handle phone inquiries, maintain patient records, and manage appointment schedules (including auditing, confirming attendance, and offering earlier slots when possible). You will provide product education and skincare product sales, multitask to meet deadlines, and may take on additional duties as assigned by the Practice Manager. Strong customer service, familiarity with dermatology/healthcare processes, and experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks, EMA) are helpful.
