Job Summary
Greeting patients and visitors, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records in EMR/CRM systems, handling inquiries, processing copays, coordinating supplies and courier, and supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth, compassionate patient flow. TB screening is required upon hire. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Experience in healthcare customer service and proficiency with MS Office are valued. This role is onsite in Fort Pierce, FL and reports to the Manager, Clinic/Center Administration.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service
- background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered
- Convey information and maintain a positive tone during calls
- Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
- Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
- Experience improving patient care and experience
- TB screening upon hire
