Job Summary
Front desk, patient-facing Medical Receptionist role responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, maintaining confidential patient records in EMR/CRM, handling incoming calls, collecting copays, and supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Reports to Center Administrator Natasha Harris; onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming environment, coordinating supply orders and courier activities, keeping the reception area organized, and contributing to the TB screening program. Requires 1+ year healthcare customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a focus on improving patient experience; preferred EMR system experience. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service or related fields; experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered
- Convey information clearly and maintain a positive tone during calls
- Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
- Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
- Experience improving patient care and experience
