Job Summary
Front desk medical reception at ForHealth’s Carlton practice: greet patients, welcome them into the Centre, collect and enter patient details into the database, schedule appointments when required, answer telephone calls and enquiries, provide administration support and perform other ad hoc duties. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service and strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise, attention to detail, and may have knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech. Must be able to work as part of a team and independently in a professional, well-presented manner.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
- Detail-orientated
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently
- Neat and professional presentation
