Front-desk-focused role at CAREMOUNT MEDICAL handling registration, scheduling, and payment collection with a strong emphasis on customer service. Responsibilities include providing courteous service to patients and visitors, verifying and updating patient account information, collaborating with Insurance Verification to ensure accurate information, following Cash Security policies, maintaining a neat waiting area, understanding physicians' scheduling requirements, upholding a professional front-desk image, responding to patient information requests, and applying effective communication with patients, including those from vulnerable populations. Performs related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- minimum of two years’ experience in customer experience, preferably in a medical practice environment
