Medical Receptionist responsible for front desk processes including registration, scheduling, and payment collection; provide quality customer service to patients and visitors; verify and update patient accounts; collaborate with Insurance Verification; maintain front desk area and patient waiting room; understand physicians’ scheduling requirements; uphold professional image and environment; respond to patient information requests with effective communication, including support for vulnerable populations; perform related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- minimum of two years’ experience in Customer experience, preferably in a medical practice environment
