Job Summary
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, schedule appointments, and manage check-in and check-out functions while collecting co-payments. Assist patients with necessary forms and paperwork, answer phones, and maintain confidentiality throughout daily tasks. Ensure focused and empathetic patient care in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Starting salary $17.00 an hour. Full-time role with health benefits, 401k, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems
