Job Summary
Greet patients with a positive attitude, handle inbound marketing calls, and present balance test results while addressing their questions. Coordinate schedules for hearing care providers, verify insurance benefits, and maintain accurate records in practice management software. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and participate in community outreach events and health fairs. Requires a high school diploma, strong voice, and 1-2+ years of office experience in a patient-driven industry. $18-$21 per hour plus performance-based commissions and monthly bonus potential.
