Job Summary
Interventional Radiologist sought for full-time position at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID, with additional weekday coverage at Nampa, ID and limited coverage at Ontario and Baker City, OR. Role includes clinic, IR, and call responsibilities with shared primary call location in Boise; traditional 5-day week with evenings and weekends and hospital-based duties. The specialty utilizes advanced imaging modalities to perform minimally invasive procedures for complex conditions, including embolization, thrombectomy, venous access, TIPS, stent placements, ablations, and biopsies, in a Level II Trauma Center setting, collaborating with Radiology APPs and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive interventional radiology services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA residency program in Radiology
- Successful completion of an accredited Fellowship in Interventional Radiology
- Idaho and Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC Boise and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
