Job Summary
Board-certified/interventional radiologist sought for a full-time role primarily at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (BOISE, ID) with clinic, IR, and call responsibilities. The position features a traditional work week plus evenings and weekends, with primary call at SARMC and shared call with the IR department. Responsibilities include performing interventional radiology procedures and collaborating with Radiology APPs to provide care for complex conditions, utilizing advanced imaging modalities (biplane angiography, MRI/MRA, CT/CTA, CT perfusion) to diagnose and treat a wide range of diseases. Coverage extends to Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa and other affiliated centers (Ontario, Baker City). The IR service includes embolization, thrombectomy, venous access, TIPS, aortic dissection management, peripheral arterial disease interventions, biopsies, ablations, stent placements, and other therapies based on training and community need. The team works in a Level II Trauma Center setting, with a focus on multidisciplinary collaboration and provision of advanced interventional radiology services. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- ACGME/AOA Radiology residency
- IR fellowship
- Idaho and Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC- Boise and other affiliated hospitals
- DEA registration and controlled substance registration
