Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic imaging for cardiac CTA, MRI, coronary CTA, TAVR, LAA occlusion devices, chest radiographs, CT, and MRI while participating in weekday clinical work and weekend call coverage. Provide instruction for residency, fellowship, and medical student programs through lectures and case reviews. Collaborate with colleagues in Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and other divisions to improve patient service quality. Enhance the interstitial lung disease program by managing an in-house ILD clinic and offering lung cancer screening, virtual bronchoscopy, and CT angiograms. Assist in interdisciplinary conferences addressing issues affecting Medical Imaging. Join a non-profit health system offering malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and public service loan forgiveness eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- ABR Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging
- experience in caring for Cardiothoracic Imaging patients
- passion in caring for Cardiothoracic Imaging patients
- experience in teaching
- ability to supervise medical students, residents and fellows
- ability to work cooperatively and collegially within a diverse environment
